Redirect not working anymore - Support

Rank Math free

Hello, yesterday I updated Elementor, Elementor Pro and Rankmath.
After this change my redirect set up on Rankmath that should have redirect from https://thetravelhoop.com/shop to https://thetravelhoop.com/hoops/polypro-travel-sectional-hoops is not longer working but I see a weird page instead.

Would you please help me with that?

Have you changed your permalink settings?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hello,

It looks like that page is handled by your web host. Please, can you contact Hostinger and ask them to remove that page and the relevant redirect (if any).

Once they do that and the shop page is handled by WordPress instead of your web host, the redirect you add using Rank Math will start working.
