Please ensure to create a working redirection rule to redirect your deleted post. Please example in this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/DI084l
If the old blog URL is still indexed by Google, then give Google some time to recrawl it and it should be removed from the SERP.

I have done exactly this but it still says:
No redirections added yet.
And the redirection is not appearing in the redirection tab, but thanks for your help it has already been deindexed from my Sitemap, thanks.
