Our plugin bypasses redirections that have a query string such as the URL you currently have for your post. In this case, you can use the server configuration files to create the redirections or use a different plugin that supports this kind of redirections.

only 301 redirect plugin can do it right. Why can’t it be done with the code, but the redirect plugin can? What is the reason for that? How does that plugin redirect?

1. No, this functionality is not available in our plugin at the moment.
2. If this functionality is included in a future update we’ll also let inform you of the same.
3. Regarding this issue, you should get in touch with the current redirection plugin you have so they can advise what they do differently from the .htaccess redirects that might be causing this issue.
This could well be caused by the encoding on your website that doesn’t let the .htaccess get the correct URL structure, but you need to consult this one with the hosting provider.
