It seems like the tables to save redirections were not created for some reason.
In this case, please recreate the Rank Math tables by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the Recreate Missing Database Tables to see if that works for you.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If Database Tools is not showing, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

I have logged in to your site to take a look at the issue, and I can see that it is indeed related to the tables not getting created correctly.
It is relatively easy to fix this issue, either by running an SQL command to manually generate the missing tables, or by creating them in PhpMyAdmin or some other database manager. However, we would like to further investigate the issue, to prevent it from happening again in the future, for you or any other users.
Because of this, I tried to access your site through FTP, to try some changes in the code, but the login details don’t seem to work for me – the FTP client shows this message:
Resolving address of ftp.studio188.com.au
Connecting to 35.244.99.74:21...
Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Could not connect to server
Could you please check the FTP details and correct them if necessary, or please let us know how can we access your server through FTP.
