So actually the process to update the hyperlink was very simple, it’s just that it isn’t a setting in the MediaVine Trellis theme, which was why I hadn’t connected that it was something I could do myself. But MV does have a guide how to do it from the user profile, here is the link to it in case it is of use to share in the future:
