Redirect Loop Issues with RankMath on Product Pages

    Dear RankMath Support,

    I hope you’re well. I’m experiencing an issue with my website (https://theweddingveilshop.co.uk/) where the product pages enter a redirect loop whenever RankMath is activated. When RankMath is deactivated, the problem disappears, and the pages display as expected. However, as soon as I reactivate RankMath, even with the redirection settings turned off, the redirect loop reoccurs.

    Here are the details of the issue:

    – Product pages fail to load due to a redirect loop when RankMath is activated.
    – The problem is resolved by deactivating RankMath.
    – I’ve checked the redirection settings in RankMath, but toggling them off does not prevent the issue.

    Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

    – I’ve cleared my website cache, my browser cache, and RankMath’s own cache and transients.
    – I’ve deleted my entire list of redirects 🙁
    – I’ve also tried reinstalling the plugin, but the issue remains.

    (as a side issue, when I reinstalled RankMath I couldn’t find the separate PRO plugin I had previously…do I still have an active PRO scubscription?)

    Could you please assist me in resolving this? I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to fix this issue without having to deactivate RankMath.

    You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version, so you don’t have an active subscription.

    Regarding the redirect issue, it seems that Rank Math is not active on your site at the moment.

    Meanwhile, you may check if the redirect loop is detected by our Redirect debugger tool:

    You can also run the URL using this tool to see where it is getting redirected:

    I also have this issue after updating to the latest version, Rank Math PRO 3.0.77.1. Many products in the online store (WooCommerce) are being redirected in a loop, and the page cannot load. The solution was to disable the module. Please check, as this seems to be a bug. From what I’ve noticed, most of the products affected by this issue are those marked as “preorder.”

    I also have this issue.. some products redirect constantly to themselves with the same url causing loop, i’ve downgraded three versions of rank math and happnes the same.

    If i deactivate rank math problem disappears, but we need module active help please!!!

    I didn’t realise these support ticket messages we’re public, though it’s good to know I’m not alone in this issue.

    Could you delete the message with my invoice in please? There’s no option to do it from my side that I can see.

    Redirect loop persist, even flushing permalinks, clearing cache, transients, etc, only thing stops it its deactivating Rank Math.

    With Rank Math active, becouse we need permanent active, only solution i found is deactivate woocomerce url base, then loop redirect disapears.

    But our urls are different now and this must be temporary, please we need working site without dismiss urls.

    I’ve received an email reply saying, “Our developers are looking into the issue, and we will let you know once we have an update.”

    Our developers were able to replicate the issue because of the product category.

    However, our developers already fixed this internally and will include the fix in the next update. In the meantime, you can try overwriting the plugin files by downloading the updated plugin from the following link and replacing it via Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin:
