Redirect issue if / in end of title

Hi, I am getting an issue with redirection in my blog. I change the permalink of my blog post and want to redirect the old link to New one but getting an issue.

So when I enter this URL
https://micoblogging.com/10-free-stock-photos-website-for-commercial-or-personal-use-2019
Its redirect me in new URL correctly ( https://micoblogging.com/free-stock-photo-website-for-personal-use/ )

But when I enter this URL, it’s not directly to correct one
https://micoblogging.com/10-free-stock-photos-website-for-commercial-or-personal-use-2019/

Please check what the issue here (the only difference is / at the end of URL )

I just checked and they both redirect perfectly fine to the correct URL.
