    Hi there. WE are currently using the free version of the plugin and debating whether to go PRO or use YOAST.
    I am currently having a really big issue with redirections on Rank Math.
    I am trying to create the following page: https://www.flo.com/en-ca/business/retail
    Howver this constantly redirects to https://www.flo.com/en-ca/business/. If you do a Curl lookup, youll see its a redirect due to Rank MAth.
    We never used rank math for any redirections. I only use wpEngine for redirection rules. We have NOTHING setup to redirect this page at all. Ive deactivated the plugin, cleared all caches, incognito, nothing changes this. I think there is a bug inside your plugin. I went to the phpadmin side of things and checked the tables, there is nothing there about a retail redirect. Really need some help asap….

    Can you please confirm if this is an attachment page? If so, please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links and from there disable the Redirect Attachments option:

    hi there! i am not sure what you mean by an attachment page.

    i am building a new wordpress page. with a brand new URL that hasnt been used before. rank math has a redirect somewhere but We have never used rank math for redirections.

    i see the redirect attachments settings is turned on.

    Could you please confirm if you have disabled the redirect attachments option, cleared your website’s cache, and checked the URL again?
