Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Upon visiting the URL, I am getting the “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” error. It looks like you have some incorrect rules inside the Redirections Module. Please kindly re-check all the rules you have made.
And if the problem persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Anas,
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve just checked my redirects and I only have 3 set up, which were working fine before.
The only thing I can think of, is I updated some posts using a plugin that creates a backup. I think a couple of the backups may have got indexed and Rankmath set up a redirect, which I then deleted.
Could that be the issue?
Cheers
Hello,
We will need to have a look at the redirections to confirm what is causing the issue. Please provide the login details so we can check and assist you further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I checked and figured out that you have set the default fallback as Redirect to Homepage
in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections.
The pages with the query parameters are throwing a 404 error and are being redirected to the homepage as per the settings. Since Rank Math doesn’t consider query parameters and add them to the redirected URL, the URL keeps getting redirected to itself and throws an error.
I have changed the default fallback behavior to Default 404
and the issue is resolved.
Please check and confirm.
Thanks.
Awesome, thanks Jaideep appreciate that.
