Going back to the issue of redirecting the entire site, that needs to be done from the server configuration file and not from our plugin.
All the redirections in our plugin are relative redirections, meaning that a full site redirection needs to be handled before the request hits WordPress, so the server configuration is the best way.
You can get in touch with your hosting provider to assist you with that.

Thank you for clearing that up. I’m disappointed to learn that I wasted hours talking with someone who is apparently not from RankMath support despite me submitting a ticket to RankMath support.
Was any of that DNS information they gave accurate?

Regarding the issue you reported – please speak with your website hosting company. They’ll setup a server redirect to help redirect your old domain to the new one.

Thank you. I will be deleting the rankmath plugin. It is astounding to me that a support ticket submitted can be seen and responded to by members of the general public. It leaves me concerned about the security of this company.
