I am looking for a way to easily redirect a category and all the pages that are in that category:https://website/category_1/
to :
https://website/category_2/And that all the other url that are linked are still available:
https://website/category_1/article_1/
to
https://website/category_2/article_1/even for :
https://website/category_1/sub_cat_1/article_3/
to
https://website/category_2/sub_cat_1/article_3/Does i simply use, add new redirect > “contain” ?

Thank you contacting Rank Math for help with your category redirections.
If I understand correctly you want to discontinue using the URL with structure https://website/page_1/ but continue using all other URLs without redirections. To do that you can use a 301 redirect with exact match as shown in the following screenshot:
If I misunderstood your question, please let us know. You can also share screenshot links using a tool like imgbb.com or screencast links using a tool like loom.com.
