Hello. We apologize for the issue you are facing with the unexpected redirection from https://rankmath.com/support/ to the homepage, even though there is no rule for this redirection in Rank Math.
Based on the information you provided, it seems that the redirection is being handled by Rank Math, as indicated by the “X-Redirect-By: Rank Math” header in the HTTP response.
To resolve this issue and disable the redirect, you can follow these steps:
-
Check if there are any redirection rules set up in your .htaccess file using Rank Math. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit .htaccess. If you find any additional redirection rules, delete them and save the changes.
-
If the issue persists after checking the .htaccess file, you can reach out to our dedicated support team by visiting Rank Math Support. Our support team is available 24/7, 365 days a year and will be happy to assist you further with this redirection issue.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
This usually happens when the Redirect Attachments option is enabled on your site, and you have a media or attachment URL with the same slug.
If that is the case, you can re-upload the media with a different file name (/adas-collision) or at least rename the attachment URL to a different slug.
Let us know how this goes.
