    We urgently need your assistance with the import of excel csv. file for redirect on wordpress.
    we watched all your tutorials already and followed all your advices.

    When we import the file, nothing happens and the message is always the same:
    “L’importazione CSV è completata. Sono state importate con successo 0 righe.”

    Please assist since we have more than 500 pages to redirect.

    We have already finished the file import manually but we would like to figure out how to do it faster using the “import” option. We currently pay for the Rankmath PRO version.

    Hello,

    We can see you’re using ID in the CSV. Please note that the IDs are only required to edit any existing redirection on your website. If you want to create new redirections then you’ll have to keep the id column blank.

    You can also try to follow this guideline on how to add the values properly to the columns: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-manage-redirects-via-csv/#num-1-3-adding-values-for-columns

    However, as you mentioned you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    So if I have to keep blank ID columns, is it correct now?

    The data you have shared is .xsls format.

    However, we have fixed it and properly converted it to .CSV file. You can import this file and base the format on your future redirect import:
