For the above-mentioned URL when I am doing 301 redirections it’s working but when I am setting 410 for a URL, why its not reflecting

410 redirections do not have destination URL fields and for any redirection, the source URL must match the current domain/website.
In your case, it seems like you’re trying to create a 410 redirection on careeryojana.in with softwaretestingo.com/… as the source URLs, which is not possible.
If you wish to create the redirection for softwaretestingo.com/…, then you need to create it on that website itself.
