    Hello Support Team,

I am trying to update my website content related to the Red Robin gourmet Burgers 2025 (including Kids Menu, Drinks, Burgers, and Pizza Menu). However, I am facing issues with indexing and schema not updating properly in Google Search results. Despite making the changes in RankMath, the updated content is not reflecting.

Could you please guide me on:

How to make sure the new content (menu pages) gets indexed quickly?

Whether I need to manually submit the sitemap again after every update?

Best practices for structured data/schema for restaurant menus in RankMath.

    Thank you for your assistance.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with updating your website content related to the Red Robin menu. Thank you for raising this concern. Here’s how you can address the issues you mentioned:

    1. Ensuring Quick Indexing of New Content

To make sure your new content gets indexed quickly, you can:

    • Request Google to Reindex Your Homepage: You can do this through the Google Search Console. Enter your homepage URL and click REQUEST INDEXING.
      Click Request Indexing
    • Use Instant Indexing: If you have configured Google’s Instant Indexing, go to Rank Math SEO → Instant Indexing, enter your homepage URL, and click Send to API.
Send to API in Instant Indexing

    2. Submitting the Sitemap

You do not need to manually submit the sitemap after every update. However, it is a good practice to submit your sitemap whenever you make significant changes or updates to your content. Rank Math automatically generates a sitemap for your website, which is available at https://yourdomainname/sitemap_index.xml. Submitting this sitemap helps Google find all the updated pages on your site.

    3. Best Practices for Structured Data/Schema for Restaurant Menus

For structured data/schema related to restaurant menus, ensure that:

    • You are using the correct schema types for your menu items (e.g., Menu, MenuItem).
    • Each menu item has relevant properties such as name, description, offers, and image.
    • You can validate your structured data using Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to ensure there are no errors.

If you continue to experience issues with schema not updating properly, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further.

We hope this helps you resolve the issues with your website content updates! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
