Reconnecting moved site t’Rankmath

    Trying to reconnect my site, DigitalEmpire101.c0m to Rankmath, but it wouldn’t connect so I logged into my acct. here at Rankmath and deleted my DigitalEmpire101.com site from my acct to try and see if that was preventing it, but it was not. It’s still doing the same thing as before. Just that now my website’s not even listed in my acct at Rankmath anymore.

    Please help me as I’m not motivated to have to return to using Yoast again. I’ve really enjoyed RankMath over Yoast.

    Tonight starts Sabbath so I’ll not be available tomorrow until about 7.00 p.m. when Sabbath is completed so if you respond to this ticket tonight or tomorrow I’ll be ready to try whatever you recommend me to, then.

    Could you please share if you’re getting any error messages upon connecting?

    Meanwhile, for initial troubleshooting, head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    The only thing it has is the RankMath link, but no menu. When I click that it goes to a page with a big baby blue oval button on it that says “Connect Your Account”. I click it and nothing happens. The page shows it’s loading then it stops still on the same page.

    Could you please try clearing your website and browser’s cache? You can also try using a different internet browser then connect your website to your Rank Math account.

    If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Thank you for this advice you’ve provided for me, here. Before coming here I had the thought to deactivate all my plugins and reactivate RankMath to see if I found a plugin was interfering with RankMath thus making it not work and I did. I just finished reconnecting my site to RankMath and am about to start reactivating my plugins. Idk which plugin was preventing me from reconnecting to RankMath, yet, but I know I have to reactivate them slowly, testing to see if one interacts with RankMath and if so assess if it’s important enough to my site to have it there then decide if it’s important enough to try finding another like it that will work with your plugin or not.

    Thank you for your suggestions and help to figure this out. As soon as I’m finished reactivating my other plugins I’ll come back here and let you know about it and close this thread if all goes well.

    I’ve reactivated most of my plugins except for some I don’t need to reactivate and 2 that do some of what RankMath does, the no follow and such. It’s possible they werethe culprets. I had an issue with Updraft throwing errors so I have not reactivated it, yet. Other than those 3 or 4 plugins possibly overlaping this plugin nothing is interfering with RankMath, now.
