    Hi Rankmath,

    We have a problem with rankmath.
    On 30 sept a person has add in search console a new sitemap.

    Later on Google Analytics doesn’t work.
    So i try today to reconnect Google products in Rankmath, but the account of RibbonRope.com doesn’t show up by search console and Analytics in the SEO settings of rankmath.

    Do you know how we can fix this problem?

    Would be great if you have a solution!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    For initial troubleshooting, ensure that you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin.

    Then, kindly delete RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions:

    After that, reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:

    reconnect

    Once done, ensure that all necessary permissions are accepted.
