Thank you for getting back to me. In the troubleshooting mode the Rank Math rich snippet appears exactly where the recipe schema should be. But that’s it.
I have provided the login data to my site. Could you please have a look as well?

I have tried all the steps in the troubleshooting tutorial you gave me and nothing worked. In addition to the recipe instructions/steps that have disappeared, other fields have changed too. For instance, Cooking Time: PT0H5M. The PT wasn’t there.
Getting the steps is crucial for me. That’s a lot of content I can’t lose. And none of the pages make sense without that part.

I see some values are missing in the Recipe schema fields on your site. Did you update the plugin from v1.0.47? If so, please run the Schema Converter from Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Database Tools >> Schema Converter: https://i.rankmath.com/u7bU6U
This should fix the issue. If it doesn’t then please add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we can debug the issue by editing some plugin files.

No. The plugin was up to date. The problem persists. Nothing has changed. All the recipe steps are missing. I am very disappointed with your support and the lack of attention towards my problem. More so when it’s your plugin’s fault this has happened.
Once again: All recipe steps from all recipes have vanished into thin air!
And getting back to me every 3 days after not even checking the pages to make sure everything appears is not OK. Totally not OK.

Yes, now they appeared, after a friend, who is a programmer, figured it out. I grew tired of waiting for you guys to fix the problem.
I can now see the steps in the backend editor. However, if you would have also checked the published page, you would have seen that the plugin does not display the steps. In order to make them show, I have to cut and paste the content for each step and update the post.
They appear afterward but with a bullet. Furthermore, the schema does not look nice at all. It should look like a recipe card.
So, now I have to go through every single recipe and cut and paste the content for each step, in order to make that content shown on the published page. And what will happen when you release another update? You should make sure you test every feature thoroughly before releasing an update.
I was inclined to purchase the Pro version but this is the second time RankMath causes me a huge problem with the recipe schema and I honestly don’t know if I’ll keep it at all; on any of my sites.
All things considered, you haven’t helped me at all and I have to do this manually. Putting yourselves in my shoes, would you keep this plugin? Do you plan to make it up to me somehow?

Sorry for the issue you are facing. After updating the plugin the issue was fixed on your site. I already checked the published posts on your site and also attached the screencast in the Sensitive Data section.
If your developer friend has made the changes in the plugin files then those changes will be lost after updating the plugin. We would be in a better position to help you if you can give us the link to the posts where the steps are missing.

Again, it would suffice if you looked at any published recipe. You would see that the steps do not appear. I can’t just send you 60 links. It would take too long and it defeats the purpose. The screencast you sent shows the existence of the content in the backend editor after my guy managed to find the content.
I hate to say it, but I am completely and utterly disappointed in you guys. You don’t seem to pay any attention to what I am saying and you only check things half-way. Then, you reply every 3 days.
