I thought I was purchasing Rank Math pro at $4.92 per month ($59), but received the AI starter, for that same amount, instead. I kept trying to figure out why I wasn’t getting the pro options on my site. I’m not sure how I ended up with the AI starter. I really want the pro version of Rank Math and would like to switch this $59 payment to apply to that pro version.

A refund for the AI starter would be great. I’ll order the pro version right away and may come back to the AI starter later. (Although it seems confusing regarding the point system. I’ll try to figure that out later.) Thanks again for the speedy reply and the refund.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
