These are the default themes offered by WordPress in your screenshot. You can keep only your activated theme on your WordPress site and it won’t affect your site if you delete the other themes. But it is suggested that you should keep another extra theme as a backup theme among the default themes and it should be the updated one. In this case “Twenty Twenty-One”.
