    Hello Rank Math Support Teams,
    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my Rank Math account and the associated payments. Switching to Rank Math has unfortunately resulted in significant setbacks for our company’s online presence, and I am keen to see these matters resolved urgently.
    Last year, our websites were consistently ranked on the first page of Google searches in various locations while using Yoast, which provided smooth operations and excellent support. My decision to switch to Rank Math was based on a colleague’s recommendation, who suggested it would offer superior services.
    However, since April 17th, 2025, when I initially paid $331.46 for the Business Plan and SEO Course, we have experienced nothing but complications. Our Google search rankings have significantly declined, and the overall experience has been highly unsatisfactory.
    Specifically, I encountered issues with the payment process for the SEO Course. The website repeatedly displayed an error, indicating that the payment did not go through, which led me to attempt the transaction multiple times. Consequently, my PayPal account was charged three times for $49.35 each, totaling an overpayment of two times the intended amount.
    Upon contacting Rank Math support, I explicitly requested a refund for two of the $49.35 payments. While I did receive two refunds of $49.35 each on April 20th, I was surprised to see that these were processed on April 17th.
    A few weeks ago, our Yoast account was canceled, and I was confident that we could maintain our website’s Google rankings with Rank Math. Regrettably, this has proven to be a significant misjudgment. Despite our efforts to work on our websites’ SEO with Rank Math, we soon discovered that our Business plan had inexplicably reverted to a free plan. Our PayPal account, however, showed that all original payments were successfully processed.
    After contacting your respective support teams, it has come to my attention that the Business plan was also supposedly refunded, yet this refund has not appeared in my PayPal account. Only the two refunds of $49.35 each are visible. Both FastSpring and Rank Math have stated that the Business plan refund was processed, but I have no record of it.
    In an attempt to move forward with our SEO efforts, I recently tried to purchase another Rank Math PRO plan, as was previously suggested. However, I am consistently receiving the following message when attempting to pay via PayPal and Credit Cards: “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help your complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”
    FastSpring has informed me that no new purchases can be processed until this issue is resolved by Rank Math, and I have found your customer service to be unresponsive in addressing this critical matter.
    This entire situation has been extremely frustrating and has significantly hampered our business operations. I urge you to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Either reactivate our Business/PRO plan from now on and/or provide a full refund for all payments made so that we can reactivate our Yoast account.

    Sorry for the experience you had while using the plugin. I will try my level best to help you get to the bottom of this.

    There are a few things you have to keep in mind when using any SEO plugin, not just Rank Math.

    1. An SEO plugin alone cannot bring down or bring up the traffic in a day (or even a few days) unless incorrect Meta Tags are used by setting up the plugin improperly. That’s why we have a detailed tutorial on that:

    2. All the SEO plugins add Meta tags for the search engines which can be checked by viewing the source of a page. For instance, here:

    Other popular plugins generate similar tags:

    And with the Rank Math plugin, additional tags are added to a page so search engines can understand the content on a website better.

    3. Google brings a new algorithmic update several times a month and the chances are great that your website got hit by that.

    4. We can see that your Rank Math Business subscriptions were refunded. Please see the attached invoice for your reference.

    You can check your account or call your bank to verify if the amount has been reversed. If not, we can help you check with our payment processor.

    5. About the repurchase, Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    Also make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
