    Rank Math pro

    Hello. I am using rank math SEO Pro on our website at nvt.com.au. (and others) I am trying to figure out what email we used to get the subscription. Can you check at your end to confirm. We are having issues with errors on our website with the plugin and cannot upgrade automatically.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
     
    We found your subscription under a different email address. [moved to sensitive data section]

    We can see that the subscription expired on May 3, 2025; that is why you cannot update the plugin. We do not have any option to revert a subscription that has expired. You will have to make a new purchase:

    Thank you. If I want to get the PRO subscription going again, do I go and setup a new purchase or thru the renewal process?
