Could you please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Rank Math adds a local version of the sitemap in the folder /plugins/seo-by-rank-math/sitemap-cache/ but it seems that this folder might not be writeable on your site which could explain why the warning is being reported.
Please note that this will not affect your site in any way but I can suggest that you login to your site folder via FTP and check whether the server has write access to the plugins folder.
