Use Advanced Schema Builder: If you are a Rank Math PRO user, you can add aggregateRating to all review supported Schema types using the Advanced Schema Builder. Edit your post or page, open Rank Math from the Gutenberg Editor, and configure the Schema fields to add aggregateRating.

Check Schema Settings: Navigate to the Schema settings for the specific post/page, open Rank Math’s Schema Builder, and add the aggregateRating schema. Save the schema for that post/page or save it as a Schema Template for reuse.

Rating should be automatically show on google searching as I check with the blog https://rankmath.com/blog/woocommerce-seo/, and is already followed and the script itself did show the aggregate and review rate, but there is literally no effect on production site. I even test with google tools and previewing shows the rating stars also.
