RankMathe SEO Pro subscription and Payment not ordered

    Dear Rank Math team,

    my credit card was charged by fastspring software for an annual rank math seo pro subscription that does not show up in my account. None of my websites is connected with it. Could you please cancel that subscription and refund the amount of USD 95.88? Or check what is wrong with it?

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s). Did you not receive that? Please let us know. We are here to assist.

    Dear Jeremy, why is no website in my rankmath account connected to RankMath Pro? Although a renewal has been charged. Which website is the renewal currently linked to, that is not mine? Could you please take it away from there and open it to my account? Best, Stephan.

    Just to confirm, are you asking us to transfer your subscription from that account to this account? Since we have confirmed that you did not receive the renewal reminder, we can issue a refund. Please clarify if you want us to transfer the subscription to this account or if you prefer a refund.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
