Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the GTIN fields in Rank Math and WooCommerce. Thank you for raising this concern.
Currently, Rank Math does not have a built-in feature to automatically forward the GTIN from the Rank Math field to the WooCommerce GTIN field. You would need to enter the GTIN values manually in each respective field for your products.
If you have a large number of products, we recommend considering bulk editing options or using a CSV import tool that can help streamline the process of adding GTINs to your WooCommerce products.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will be happy to help you further!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
At the moment, the GTIN feature of our plugin is only available in the PRO version.
You may refer more about it in this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/gtin-mpn-woocommerce/
If you have a PRO subscription, please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO and we’ll assist you further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We can see that the email address you provided does have the PRO version.
Could you please follow the below steps?
Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free and PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.
Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/
That should fix the issue.
To avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?
If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.
We really look forward to helping you.
Good afternoon. Further to the above:
For the past year or more, we have added our product GTIN’s directly to the RankMath GTIN field without the use of any other (GTIN) plugin. I read from a much earlier support ticket that RankMath does not store the GTIN but that seems unlikely else the GTIN would not show as a permanent record.
Where does RankMath Pro store that GTIN data? With that information, we can export the data and then import it into the new WooCommerce GTIN field.
Thank you.
Hello @david-8638,
Our plugin saves the data for the GTIN under the key _rank_math_gtin_code inside the postmeta table so you would only need to import the data from this to the new field.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
This is the code that was forwarded to me by one of the support staff:
