Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I have checked the website and every time I work with a post (even when saving it as a draft) it shows in the dev console the following error:
GET https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/wp/v2/users/me?_locale=user 403
POST https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/2339/autosaves?_locale=user 403
Those errors can happen by several reasons like not valid permissions in folders, incorrect .htaccess… I have added here a guide you should check: https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/195-http-error-403
Could you check it and see if it solves your issue?
Looking forward to help you.
Hi there,
I am not sure where you are seeing that error.
I am able to edit any part of the RankMath fields i.e. Snippit info and save without any problems. It is just the Keywords field that is not saving.
If you can tell me where you are seeing the 403 error I can escalate it to my hosting company.
Thanks
Hello,
You can check your browser console while trying to update your post to replicate this error. Please check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section
Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.

Hi there,
Ok, the 404 issue is resolved, the capital M in your code was the actual issue because I have my domain set to ignore uppercase, however my hosting support managed to resolve that.
I seem to still be having an issue with RankMath, if you have a look at the screencast I captured you will see I am getting different RankMath results in and out of Elementor.
Not sure what is going on there, I did update to the latest version so not sure if it is a bug.
Thanks
Hello,
We released another quick update to fix some content analysis issues.
Please note that it is normal to have different scores between the Gutenberg editor and the Elementor editor. It is due to the Elementor’ shortcodes are loaded when the Elementor editor is opened, so Rank Math is able to analyze the entire content. Once you are on Gutenberg, Rank Math is not able to read the Elementor shortcodes. You should use the score in Elementor as the right score.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
