RankMath v1.0.36.2 Disabled & Buggy on Multisite Network

    Hi, I have updated RankMath to the most recent update on my WordPress Multisite network. The plugin completely disabled on all network sites and removed all seo setup (as a result of being disabled).

    I have noticed that I need to setup each individual site, which I’m fine with, but when I do, my login for RankMath would not work trying to activate from my network sites. I then went to rankmath.com to login, which I did successfully, then I went back to my network sites to activate RankMath but I keep landing on the same page that states, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    If this does not get addressed ASAP, all of my paying customers will be negatively impacted because we presently have not automated SEO setup. Please help.

    I have just tested this on an individual site and RankMath was also disabled on it but when I reactivated it I was able to reconnect the site to rankmath.com account and run the setup normally.

    It’s the Multisite Network that it will not connect and is completely busted. All SEO is shut RankMath elements is shut off.

    I hate to be pushy but I need to get an SEO system back up, such as Yoast, and that thing slows down my multisite network.

    Is there an update on a fix?

    We have internally fixed the issue, and the new update will be released after a couple of hours, can you please try this version https://i.rankmath.com/SKwsNG on your website?

    You can safely delete the old version and upload this one.

    Okay, I just downgraded RankMath to v1.0.35.3. I saw the origional login screen where it tried to connect directly to RankMath.com from my network when I attempted to re-activate the plugin. I’m now getting the same message as with the update:

    “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    So when I tried to backtrack, I still cannot use your system as I have been able to before.

    Thanks for getting back with me.

    The update never fixed the issue. I have used both the update and downloaded the beta version.

    When I go back to Re-activate any of the sites, I am taken to a lading page to confirm the domain to link with the following message:

    “You are about to activate Rank Math on this site: https://www.omahaguttercompany.com”

    I click ok then I land on a landing page back on my multisite network that states:

    “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    This message comes under the following domain:

    https://www.omahaguttercompany.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-wizard

    This is the same for any of my multisite websites. Our singular websites work just fine, but this plugin is completely broke on multisite.

    I really need this fix. I’m about ready to jump back on board with Yoast.

    Hello,

    Assuming you already tried visiting the following page:
    /wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=rank-math

    and that didn’t help.

    We tried logging in to your website but the URLs provided are not working.

    Can you please update the correct login link so we can get in and fix this for you immediately?

    You have assumed correctly with the link: /wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=rank-math

    it takes me to a landing page that states: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    I double-checked the login credentials, they do work. If you are trying to access this from another country besides the United States, I do have security protocols in place to block other nations. I deactivate it but if you have a VPN, please use a USA server to access the site just in case the cache is holding on to those settings.

    Hello,

    Thank you for further details.

    I logged in to your website and have activated the plugin from your main site’s menu of Rank Math.

    Also, I have turned off the data sharing (as I was unsure if you were sharing them before or not), you can turn that on if needed from the General settings.

    Please let me know if that helps. Sorry for the unwanted delay, if that VPN thing was known, we would have resolved it sooner.
