Rankmath tab in page not working

    Hello,

    For months now i can’t edit anything anymore in rankmath. If i go to pages in the back-end i’ve tried to edit the snippets in the rankmath tab but the tab doesn’t unfold Anymore. It used to work without any issue, after not logging in into the back-end of my website for a while it stopped working for some reason. I haven’t done any update and auto-update is off so i don’t know why it stopped working all of a sudden. Aslo in elementor when edit a page the tab is not working.
    I’ve tried everything, including the health check pluging en troubleshooting, tried to deactivate and also update every plugin, update and also changed my theme, update wordpress core and then also rolled back everything. I’ve re-installed rankmath but without succes.
    No everything is set back to where it was a few months ago cause i don’t want to create more issues with plugins. Ans since i ruled out that it’s not a plugin, theme or core problem it doesn’t matter anyways
    Can anyone help me cause there is not much left or me to do. I’ve followed all the steps and tricks that i could find online but without succes.

    Hello,

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hello,

    Could you please try a default .htaccess just temporarily to see if that helps fix the issue?

    We are seeing that a lot of JavaScript files are not being properly loaded on the website and those could be bypassed by some rules inside the server rules file.

    Here’s what a default one would look like:

    I Just tried the default htacces. Nothing changed. Do i leave the htacces file as default or do i change it back to what it was.

    Hello,

    We found something that might be causing this and it’s related to the security software and firewall you have in place.

    If you disable the Classic Editor and try to edit a post or page with the Gutenberg Editor you’ll see that a blank page is returned because the JavaScript execution seems to be blocked somewhere on the installation.

    This is happening even if you disable Rank Math which means that there’s a fundamental issue loading JS files consistently.

    Please check the log from the firewall/security software and make sure that there are no files being blocked from execution on the website.
