    Hi – my credit card # changed and I didn’t get a notification to update my payment method for RankMath. Can you please reactivate my pro account? I’ll make sure to update my billing info on my account.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for the unexpected delays and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Checking your account, your subscription is still active but it will be canceled soon if you fail to renew it.

    Please refer to this guide on how to update your payment method: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-change-payment-method/

    After that, our payment gateway FastSpring.com will automatically charge your card in a couple of days.

    Currently, we can’t manually initiate the renewal process as all transactions are handled by FastSpring.com.

    Just make sure that your card is active for recurring subscriptions and has enough balance for the renewal process.
