Could you confirm if you’ve enabled more sitemaps from Rank Math > Sitemap Settings? If not, you can follow this guide to enable all the required sitemaps: https://rankmath.com/kb/configure-sitemaps/
If that’s not the case and you’ve already enabled more sitemaps, then please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps again.
