Sorry for the issue you are facing.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Please check this screenshot which shows the Sitemap working fine when only Rank Math is enabled:

I’m not sure how you the sitemap showing the working screenshot. But I tried to check the sitemap and it’s still the same.
I test using 10 different remote browsers in different locations. Every time same error. Please check again and help me out with this issue.

The screenshot my colleague show you was just a screenshot about how you should see it once it is working.
After a lot of testing, I was able to trace the issue to the Mayosis Core plugin. Inside it, at the folder ‘/library/theme-options/template/’, in the file tag-style.php, there was a space beginning the first line of the PHP file. After removing it, the issue was fixed. Could you check it?
