This issue usually results from sitemap being cached on your site. I checked your sitemap URLs and they seem to be cached by cloudflare on your site. You should add rules to ensure sitemap URLs are excluded from any form of caching, be it on your site or server.

I am not a developer, just a beginner, So, can you please be specific what am i suppose to do?
How to add rules or what i exactly do to solve this problem, please help me.
Btw just letting you know that, the problem is fixed for now but i don’t think it is a permanent fix, it will appear again.
Let me explain how i fixed it. I first went to Rankmath Sitemap settings and increased the number of links per sitemap from 200 to 2000. I actually have done it before. then i removed the old sitemap and submitted new. It worked, also after that, i again went to sitemap settings and decreased the number of sitemap settings from 2000 to 200.
Please give me a permanent solution thanks.

Yes, your current fix is only temporary. Resaving your permalinks and changing the number of links per sitemap only flushes the current sitemap forcing it to update. This is likely to occur again if the sitemap gets cached.
Please check the following:
1. Do you have a caching plugin on your site? If you do, look into the plugin settings and check for an option to exclude URLs or Pages. Add all your sitemap URLs here, save your settings and clear your cache.
2. Since you have cloudfare enabled, please check these articles to understand how to add rules(tell cloudfare what to cache or not):
