Could you please confirm if you are referring to the SEO meta in your taxonomy pages?
By default, your taxonomy pages (except the categories) have their SEO settings turned off as these types of pages should not be included on the SERP so resetting the settings will remove their SEO settings or the metabox.
As for your sitemap, the sitemap page seems to be loading just fine.
If it seems that I am still missing something, kindly explain the issue with the settings and sitemap in detail. You may share some screenshots using the toll https://imgbb.com/
