    Hi I’ve been using rankmath for about two years but recently the rankmath SEO score couldn’t be updated for my blog post. I have tried to troubleshoot it by disabling all my plugins and activate only rankmath SEO, it still doesn’t work. https://ibb.co/HKn4drv

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Rebuild Index” and see if this resolves the issue.

    Please note that some options are only available in Advanced Mode.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. I’ve tried ‘rebuild index’ in the advanced mode, but it is not working, the same issue still appears whereby the SEO score is not updated.

    Hello,

    Please ensure that the Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version.

    Then, clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
    transients

    Once done, clear the website and browser cache and check again.

    If the issue persists, check if you are using a Firewall, as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data. You can check this link for more information:
