For two of our Company sites, Rankmath works normally, but for 1 it does not show the settings for the SEO in the media library section (I will attach screenshots of both websites so you understand better). I have used the same rankmath installation settings for all of the websites, same options are unable, but still there is this issue. Please give a resolution. Thanks.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support.

If you’re searching for the SEO Meta Box in the Media Gallery when editing the images, then we have removed those options from there. Also, when editing the images, those are not the images, but rather, the attachment pages that WordPress automatically creates for each uploaded attachment.

These attachment pages usually have very thin content and thus they’re not beneficial from an SEO perspective.

If you do not have an image/attachment-centric website, we suggest redirecting the attachment pages to their parent page. Please have a look at this guide for more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/should-you-redirect-attachments/

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Dear Prabhat,

Thank you for your answer, but your answer does not answer my question. I am saying sky is blue and you say I want to drink water. I specifically send you screenshots of our two different sites, in one I am able to see these settings and the other not. Please once have a look at the give data and then I will wait for your answer.

And just to mention again, both sites are using the same version of wordpress, same version of Rankmath, settings for Rankmath is the same in both of them.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings on the affected website. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Jeremy, Hi! I updated the sensitive section. You can have a look the website. Waiting for the resolution.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I checked some of your attachment/media pages and it seems that Rank Math’s SEO metabox is loaded properly as you can see in my screenshot below:

Does this issue only occur on specific pages? If so, please share the affected URL so we can further replicate the issue.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

Jeremy, please read once what you co-worker said:

Now the question is, if it is disabled, why is it enabled on my rankmath account based on the description that you gave? Second, on one of my sites like viapromo.de, as I do not have these settings on, and on other site like via.lt I have it on.

You had to investigate why it is on while it is disabled. We need this because. 1: for the sites that we have this one, I have to manually go through each image and mark it as indexed cause by default it goes unindexed. 2: The indexing rate of is way low with this sites having that settings. So, I need clear information.

    Hello,

We have indeed removed the option of adding the SEO Meta Box to the attachment pages.

The SEO Meta Box is shown in the attachment pages of one of your websites and not on another because when we removed that option, the “Add SEO Controls” option was enabled on your website under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Attachments. We have just removed the “option” to enable/disable the SEO Meta Box here.

To simply describe the scenario, if the SEO Meta Box was already shown in the Attachment pages of the website when we removed the option, it would still be shown, but if the SEO Meta Box was disabled or the website was created after we removed the option, it would remain hidden.

This is because we’ve not modified the database values, we have just removed the option.

Hope this helps clarify things further.

    Thank you.
