    I have been using your RankMath SEO Pro plugin for years. Everything has always been flawless with it, but yesterday an unexpected technical issue arose, and for over 24 hours now, we have not been able to determine its cause. It seems to be somehow connected to your plugin, as the errors displayed lead back to it. I am attaching a few screenshots for reference. Warning messages appear at the top of the site in class-jsonld.php on line 475 and 476. Additionally, almost all .svg images on the site suddenly became distorted and appear extremely large. We haven’t made any changes to the site that could be linked to this problem. Could it be due to an automatic plugin update and a bug in the code?

    Last night, around 22:00 EEST, since we couldn’t find a valid reason, we decided to revert to a backup on the hosting, which resolved the issue. Today, we worked on the website for more than 10 hours without any issues, but this evening, the same problem unexpectedly reappeared without any apparent reason. Unfortunately, this time, reverting to a backup is not an option for us, as we would lose too much valuable work done today.

    So, we temporarily decided to deactivate RankMath SEO Pro and RankMath SEO, which completely eliminated the problems.

    Since we would like to continue using the plugin, I would like to ask for your assistance.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Meanwhile, the Rank Math PRO plugin on your site is already outdated v3.0.67:

    Hello.

    Please check for the issue and update the plugin if possible.

    Please also note that today after I activated back the plugin all issues disappeared for no reason. I really have no idea what happened. Last night the problem was clearly visible, after disabling the plugin everything was fine. I activated the plugin once again and the problem appeared again. But now everything seems to be fine.

    Hello,

    It seems that you were using an SVG image for the logo of the website under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.

    Since those images don’t have metadata that allows the plugin to read its width and height you were seeing these warnings on your website.

    Since the logo is now a JPEG image file those warnings no longer appear.
