Can you please share the website error log with us? Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.
You may also get in touch with your web host for assistance to retrieve the error log.
Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the issue when saving in Elementor.

Did this get resolved?…Im having the same issue…if I try to update an image on my site, I get server error 500….when I disable RM all is good.
