We, or any other SEO plugin for that matter, does not control what Google shows on their structure data website.
The preview does not appear for you because you are not yet accepted to the Google News program. When your results appear in the Google news, you will begin to see the preview button as well.

It doesn’t have any link with googles news program,
It’s just a tool to check our structured data, it doesn’t retrieve any data of site from any console,,
Your structured data is correct, im just telling u need update
