If you are using Cloudflare or any security plugin, you should whitelist the file in Cloudflare and Firewall, if that does not help I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking access to that file.

I logged into your staging website’s admin area and found that the updateMeta route was not found.
It might have been caused due to a conflict, I tried to check but the Health Check plugin is not working properly on your website. As this is not the production site, I manually disabled a plugin but as I did that, the website threw a critical error.
Please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket and verify the situation so that we can investigate further.
Also please share the FTP logins so that we can revert if the error occurs again.

I haven’t touched the FTP files because it looks like you have shared the file across your websites. Do let me know it isn’t the case here. Meanwhile, after further troubleshooting, I have found that you have several URL rewriting rules in the .htaccess file, which might rewrite the path of the Rank Math routes.
Could you please grab the default .htaccess file from here and re-check?
