Use Import & Export Feature: If the Setup Wizard continues to hang, you can try using the Import & Export feature instead. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export, and select the data you want to import from Yoast.

I tried all of the above. Memory limit was already at 2048M. Deactivated all plugins. Tried manual import. Same error at the same location.
What else do you suggest I do?

You can continue the setup by skipping the importing process. After that, please try reimporting the data in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export > Other Plugins, then under the plugin column, uncheck the Calculate SEO Scores option below, and click the Import button.
