Rankmath Pro – WooCommerce + WPML String Translation -> Too many redirects

    Hi,
    a client of mine is using Rankmath Pro in combination with WooCommerce and WPML.

    All works fine until I activate the Rankmath WooCommerce Module.

    The main language product page loads fine, but all other product page translations create an endless redirect loop.

    This has been replicated on multiple servers and setups.

    I went ahead and left the Rankmath WooCommerce module active and deactivated active Plugins one by one.

    The culprit is the “WPML String Translation” Plugin, that somehow breaks your WooCommerce module.

    All plugins are running their latest versions and WP 5.8 is installed.

    I was able to track it down to one setting within the WooCommerce Settings-> “Remove Product Base” (wc_remove_product_base). With that active the setup breaks. Maybe this helps someonelse.

    Sorry can not provide any credentials of any kind.
    The cause of the problem has been explained above and has been replicated on a new setup as well.
