    Hi, I’ve just paid for the PRO subscription, but when I log in to my account, I cannot see my PRO subscription to download the file and upload it on the WordPress plugin. Could you please help me out? Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have shared the direct login link in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    You can login using this link and download the PRO version.

    Assuming that the PRO version is already installed on your website, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple PRO licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.
