RankMath Pro Purchase not appearing

    Hello,

    I purchased the RankMathPro plugin back in September (Order Reference RANKMATH240922-5600-87425B) with my work email, whilst I was logged into my RankMath account which is set up with another work shared email.

    I realised that the free version is still showing on the website and I’ve not been able to get the Pro version installed.

    I created an account with my work email but the purchase is not showing there either.

    Is it possible to get my purchase attached to my other shared work account please?

      • The email address associated with your Pro purchase (m*********@t***************).
      • Your order reference (RANKMATH240922-5600-87425B).
      • Any additional information that might help us locate your purchase.

    In the Sensitive Data section of the ticket, include both email addresses and specify which one you would like to use as your primary account.

    Once we receive your ticket, our support team will assist you in merging the accounts or changing the email associated with your Pro purchase.

    As requested we have merged the accounts under the preferred email address and the PRO subscription now shows on the work email you shared.
