We do see that there’s a Rank Math PRO subscription in the yahoo.com email you shared but this subscription has already been canceled in 2023.
If you purchased a new subscription just months ago, you must have purchased it using another different email address.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
