    Hello my rankmath pro has not updated in almost 2 months now and I’m getting this error message when I try to update the plugin “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT

    (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    I’ve tried to go back to the welcome e mail to re-download it and that does not work. Also there is no rankmath pro listed in my dashboard only the free version so I can’t fix it that way.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Back to your issue, one possible reason for this error is trying to update the PRO version of the plugin while connected to your free account.
