RankMath Pro Account & Snippet Editor Issue

The message you are seeing, "Activate your account by connecting to Rank Math!", typically indicates that the website is not connected to a valid Rank Math account. This could indeed be related to the previous agency’s account no longer being connected.

To resolve this, you will need to disconnect the current account and reconnect it using the correct Rank Math account that has an active Pro subscription. Here’s how you can do that:

1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
2. Click on Disconnect Account.
   
3. After disconnecting, click on Connect Now to reconnect your Rank Math account.
   
4. Ensure you select the correct account associated with your Rank Math Pro license and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
   

Once your website is successfully connected, you should be able to use the Snippet Editor without issues. If you continue to experience problems with saving changes in the Preview Snippet Editor after reconnecting, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further.
