To resolve this, please log into your Rank Math account and check if the PRO version is available for download. If it is not, you may need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO account. You can do this by opening a ticket in the Rank Math Support Forum.

Hi, I’m actually in the account right now, the one I’m sending this ticket from and I can see the invoice dated today in the same account. The invoice ID is RANKMATH250717-8775-15200 but there’s nothing showing up in subscriptions.
OK it’s showing up now and I was able to download the pro version. However I would like to request a refund please.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
