    I have upgraded to Pro and it has taken 2 payments, and the pro version isnt showing on the dashboard?

If the email you used to purchase the PRO plan is different from the one connected to your FREE account, you will need to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan.

    Please make sure that you have installed the PRO version on your website alongside the Free version of the plugin.

    ​​​​​​​Once done, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that fixes the issue.

    Access did appear in my account a short time after i sent this ticket. However 2 x payments haven been taken against my google account email – c*************@g*************

    We can confirm that you purchased twice; as requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
