The hosting provider bought Rankmath and shared with me the right to use Rankmath Pro. So I don’t have a receipt.
However, I see Rankmath 3.0.10 reports showing up on posts.

You would need to ask your “hosting provider” who handles the PRO plugin and reconnect the correct Rank Math account to your website.
Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect the paid Rank Math account.
See if this fixes the stats bar issue.
